Her negotiating skills were a huge part of the success of both buying and selling - she somehow can address difficult realities effectively and with enough grace and tact that there was never any insult to any party. Vivian was also happy to share advice when I wasn't sure the best way forward, and while I relied heavily on her strategy suggestions throughout, she was never pushy and I felt like I was ultimately in the driver's seat. Her marketing strategy for selling my house was well thought out, and worked brilliantly - we were under contract only a few days after going to market! Her attention to detail in the documentation of both deals caught a couple seemingly small mistakes that would have become roadblocks to closing, and I was so grateful to have her in my corner. While I believe I'm now in my forever home, if I ever was in a position to buy and sell again, I would absolutely hire Vivian again!!”

“Vivian Regna should be your go to realtor --- that is if you want someone to sell your house in a week, and then turn around and find you a perfect house in less than 5 weeks - and I'm saying - 5 weeks total - looking, searching and finally finding your perfect home. Call Vivian, a pro all the way. Professionalism with feeling, she will be with you until the bitter end. After five weeks of looking, six contracts later we finally have our perfect home -- thanks to Vivian. After putting a contract on a home she knew we didn't 'love,' it was ok, but didn't love it, we just needed to find a home so we could be out of our home by the time we closed on it (we didn't want to move twice). After looking at houses all day, putting a contract on one, she calls us at 10:30 pm - tells us to get on line and look at this house that just came on the market, we were excited, we said yes, we would love to look at it, she said 'that's good because I already made an appt. for tomorrow morning.' I was worried about the contract, but she said 'we would figure that out later.' Next day looked at the house, loved it, went to a Bread Co signed all contracts, she scan all info (w/her phone, don't ask me!) and put our bid in immediately. If she had not acted so quickly, we would never had gotten the house, as other bids came in, but ours was the first and accepted! So yea, we are in our home and loving it. She still checks on us and has taken care of several things that have come up with the house, yes, even after the sell. I recommend her highly to anyone that wants a true professional, but a person you would call a friend too and (I mean this lovingly) a bulldog when it comes to getting things done. You are always upmost in her mind and she will answer your every call and concerns. So with all this said -- Vivian Regna should be your GO-TO person for any real estate needs that you may have.
